Instructions to make Piper's Meatballs:
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Make sure it is thoroughly combined.
  2. Using a scoop, shaped one ounce of meat into a ball. Make an indentation in the meatball.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella cheese into indentation. Roll meat into ball making sure the cheese is well enclosed.
  4. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F 20 mins or until meat is cooked through and cheese is melted.
