  1. Making Dow with water,salt and ata.dow not very hard or not very soft.
  2. Mix all stuffing ingredients and mix very well,mix water littile bit as required.this mixture is tight
  3. Next step is separate ata ball to 15-16.then put the stuffing inside it.
  4. Making this step use cow doung cake or wood for rost the litti.and this step we also rost bringel,potato,tomato.
  5. For making chokha mix all chokha ingredients with some salt. Hot hot Litti serve with this chokha and spread Desi ghee into the litti.
