  3. add enough olive oil to coat, season with salt & pepper
  4. add garlic, cook 5 minutes more, add parsley.

The squash holds up so well to the grill and can be served hot or cold. Place onion rings over the top of vegetables. Sprinkle Zesty Italian dressing over the top.
