Rinse chicken halves in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a large bowl or baking dish, coat with Italian dressing and evenly season with Neely's Barbecue Seasoning. Transfer the grill marked chicken to a cookie sheet and then place in the oven. The Chicken Barbecue also requires a good marinade.

  1. Take a soft cloth put curd in that cloth and hang for 1 hour so water will be separate
  2. Now cut onion and capsicum in diced(if you don’t want to use capsicum and onion you can skip)
  3. Cut chicken in medium pieces
  4. Take a bowl put hung curd in that bowl and salt, paprika powder,chicken tanduri masala,lemon juice, kasuri Methi and 1 tbs mustard oil ginger garlic paste mix it well add chicken mix with your hand very well so all chicken should cover with spices keep in freeze for 30 minutes (you can keep more time also)
  5. Now if you want to cook on bone heat cook on bone heat otherwise if you have oven then preheat oven @180* and roast the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes you should check after 20 minutes if need then more cook while roasting chicken brush with mustard oil it will give a shiny look to your chicken barbecue Enjoy with mint sauce.

Mix the marinade well and pour over the chicken. Turn chicken; brush with barbecue sauce. A great way to make barbecue chicken is to smoke the bird low and slow and shred the meat.
