  3. After that heat oil in a pan, deep fry the chicken pieces.when it done. Take it out and keep aside,mix the yogurt with chilly powder and garam masala.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it starts splutter add cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.now add the yogurt mixture to it sauté for few second then add the fried chicken pieces to this. Again sauté for few minutes.
  5. Toss it until the chicken absorbs complete yogurt.remove it to a serving dish, if you want then you can garnish this with coriander leaves.

Invert the bowl into a plate and serve. Curry leaves gives this recipe the most exceptional flavor. You can increase the quantity of tomato puree if you want it a little wet. Add curd, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric, pepper powder & chopped curry leaves. This dish became so famous that you will find it in almost every restaurant across the country.
