The ingredients needed to make Bacon Rice:
  1. Get 1 packages bacon (any kind works perfectly)
  2. Take 3 cup rice
  3. Prepare 4 cup water
  4. Get salt

You can turn it a few times to make sure it all crisps up without burning. Add egg and scramble until egg forms small flakes. Stir in rice and garlic, continue to stir fry until heated through. Gently separate grains of rice with fork so mixture is fluffy.

Instructions to make Bacon Rice:
  1. Cut bacon into medium pieces (remember bacon shrinks when cooking) and put it in a large pot over medium heat and let it crisp until bacon is fully cooked.
  2. After bacon is to a crisp, remove from pot and set aside. You will use this later after rice is fully cooked. With the same bacon grease in the pot, pour in the rice,water and salt. Bring to a boil, when water is almost evaporated, lower the temperature and stir the rice and cover it for about 15 minutes then stir it one more time until the rice is done.
  3. Once the rice is cooked stir in the bacon pieces to the rice and enjoy…

Add soy sauce and stir until mixture is well blended. Fry the slivers of bacon in a large wok or pan and then remove the bacon to drain on a paper towel. Lightly fry the garlic in the bacon fat/oil in the same pan you fried the bacon. Don't let the garlic get brown. Add bacon to the wok and allow it to render down and become crisp.
