  4. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan & sauté all the vegetables for 2 minutes each
  5. Add the boiled noodles sauté for a minute
  6. Add the sauces and stir occasionally for one minute all on medium flame
  7. Add the cornflour water in the pan with sugar salt & vinegar mix well & cook till the sauce gets thick.
  8. Now divide it in two equal parts
  9. To proceed: just before serving, place one portion of the crispy noodles on plate & topping of choupsuey evenly over it. If u are non veg eating person garnish with half fried egg
  10. Serve it immediately enjoy!!!!
