  6. If you roll out your dough to a perfect rectangle, the roll will come out even. But this still works. Cut the dough with a sharp knife and place on a lined tray. Don't place too close together coz of second proofing. Proof as you preheat your oven
  7. Bake at 180°c till brown. Coat with milk mixed icing sugar and butter. Enjoy
