  1. Chop onion and sauté in oil until soft, adding a spoonful of water between cooking. Take it off heat and add paprika powder, and all other ingredients except the rice. Stir well and allow to cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring often. Add 1 and a half cup of easy cook rice and 3 cups of chicken stock, cover and cook for 30 minutes or until rice is soft and all liquid evaporated.
