  1. Prepare 7-8 Fresh Strawberries

  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  7. Take to taste Sugar

Divide the lime juice between the glasses with the mint mix. Instructions to make Strawberry Mocktail Mojito:
  1. Take 2 diced strawberries, 5-6 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a glass.
  2. Using a muddler, crush the strawberries and mint to release the juice and flavour. Keep aside.
  3. Extract 1 cup of fresh orange juice from 1 orange and add into the crushed strawberry and mint mixture.
  4. Cover and keep aside in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  5. In a blender take 3-4 strawberries and with little drinking water blend to make a puree.
  6. At the time of serving transfer this to the prepared mint strawberry mixture.
  7. Thinly slice 1 orange and an apple.
  8. Add into the strawberry mocktail. Again keep aside for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  9. Take 2 serving glass. Rub some orange juice to the rim of the glasses and then rub the glasses to some granulated sugar as shown in the picture. This step is completely optional, I did it just to decorate the glasses.
  10. Now divide equally the prepared mocktail to 2 glasses.
  11. Add in some ice cubes and pour soda water or sparkling water to fill the glasses. The proportion of soda and juices should be 1:1.
  12. Garnish with some strawberries and enjoy with your partner.
