  11. Prepare 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour

Steps to make Butter Chicken:
  1. For chicken marinade, mixed together Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, All Purpose Flour, Parmesan Cheese and egg into bowl.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover it and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Fry chicken until it turn golden. Drain the excess oil.
  4. Heat up the pan with butter. Add red chilli pepper, birds eye chili and curry leaves. Stir until it smell good.
  5. Add evaporated milk stir until it boil. Add cheese and stir until it melt.
  6. Add black pepper powder and sugar for taste.
  7. Add the fried chicken. Stir till it blend together. Ready to serve.
