The ingredients needed to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Take 1 kg Chicken
  2. Get Onion 2 chopped
  3. Make ready Tomatoes 2 chopped
  4. Take 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  5. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 3 Green chilli
  7. Prepare 1.5 tsp Salt
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
  11. Prepare Cooking oil half cup
  12. Get Rice 3 glass boiled
  13. Take Food colour
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Kewra water
  15. Take Garam masala
Steps to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Fry onion in oil then put ginger garlic paste and all masala then fry chicken put yoghurt mix it well then cover it on low heat for 20 mins.
  2. Boil the rice, strain it then spread one layer of rice then chicken on it. Again spread rice then rest of masala on it.
  3. After that mixed food colour in kewra water and pour onto the rice, garnish with green coriander, I love it's fresh aroma.
  4. Cover it with lid then leave it on dum for 5 mins. After five minutes mixed the rice and chicken, so that rice would not break.
  5. Serve it with raita or hari chuttni.
