  4. Add 200ml of the vegetable stock to the pan, enough to cover the ingredients, and bring to a simmer. Stir in the remaining vegetable stock 100ml at a time until absorbed and the rice is to 'taste'…al dente, soft with a bite.

Continue adding the chicken broth to keep the rice covered in liquid, stirring frequently. Make sure most of the liquid is absorbed by the rice before adding more.
