Hey everyone, it is Louise, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, vegan toasts. One of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Vegan Toasts is only one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Vegan Toasts is something which I have loved my whole life.

To make this spicy avocado toast you'll want to start with a layer of vegan refried beans. (You can make my recipe and have a batch for the entire week, or if you're in a big hurry you can use Amy's, Vegetarian Organic Refried Beans ) Put a layer of sliced tomatoes, chopped spinach, avocado, sriracha, and another sprinkle of chopped. Toss some corn kernels (fresh and blanched or frozen and heated) with halved cherry tomatoes, lime juice, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh. VEGAN 'PRAWN' TOASTS. prawn toasts, veganised!!!!

The ingredients needed to make Vegan Toasts:
  1. Get Avocado
  2. Make ready Tomatoes
  3. Prepare Onion powder (optional)
  4. Take Garlic powder (optional)
  5. Prepare Canned chickpeas
  6. Prepare White onion
  7. Prepare Salt
  8. Prepare Vegan mayonnaise
  9. Take Nutritional yeast (optional)
  10. Get Sourdough bread (any vegan bread of your choice)

All natural, wholesome, and remarkably close to the original. Vegan french toast I wasn't so sure about. I love regular french toast and was a little worried about ruining an already good thing we had going. Curiosity overruled my skepticism though and before I knew it, I was busting out the flaxseed.

Instructions to make Vegan Toasts:
  1. Chickpea smash super easy to make. Drain a can of chickpeas and run under water for a few seconds. Put into a bowl. Cut half a white onion. Dice it as small as you want and add to the bowl. Using a fork, begin mashing the chickpeas and onion. I do a rough mash so my chickpea is still crunchy. Once happy with the consistency, begin adding vegan mayonnaise, salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Set aside. you can add nutritional yeast here
  2. Avocado (guacamole) peel one whole avocado. Take the pit out. Add the avocado in a bowl and using the fork begin to smash. The other half of the onion can be used here. Add onion powder, garlic powder and a bit of salt. If you like it chunky, do a rough smash like the chickpeas. You can also add any other seasoning or flavors such as lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. Toast two slices of sourdough bread (or any bread of your choice)
  4. Assemble toasts. One slice do Avocado smash (generous helping of it) and top with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle a bit of salt.
  5. Other toast. Add the chickpeas smash and top with any topping or eat as is.
