  7. Take the tray out of the oven and add one spoonful of jam to each circle. Add a layer of cornflakes on top of the jam on some if you wish. Then put the tray back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the tray and them to cool before serving. Best served with vanilla custard, enjoy ;)
