  1. Prepare 1.6 g red cinchona bark chopped not powdered
  2. Get 9 g gentan root chopped
  3. Make ready 18 g citric acid
  4. Take 27 g lemon zest(peel)
  5. Take 12 g lime zest(peel)
  6. Prepare 15 g lemon grass
  7. Take 1 L water
  8. Take Simple syrup(500g sugar/1L water
  9. Get 2 oz gin or vodka
Instructions to make Tonic syrup:
  1. Bring top 7 ingredients to boil
  2. Simmer till liquid is 500ml
  3. Strain out participates
  4. Tripe filter with coffee filter
  5. Bring 1L of water and filtered aromat water to a boil. Add 500g sugar, reduce heat. stir till sugar is disolved. Do not boil.
  6. Let cool, add alcohol, refrigerate. Last 3 months in fridge(3 weeks on counter)
