  12. Notes: This can be made with box mix pancakes. I have used the box when I was in a hurry and they turned out fine. The cinnamon/sugar mix will create small craters in the pancakes…which are perfect to hold the glaze! Also, if you have any of the sugar/cinnamon mix leftover, it keeps well in the fridge so you can use it again the next time your pancakes need a kick! Enjoy!
