  4. In a medium bowl combine well the bread crumbs, and milk. Let stand for 10-15 minutes until all the milk is absorbed. Squeeze out the excess milk after is been absorbed and discard the milk

  6. In a shallow baking pan form the mixture into a 10x5 inch oval loaf. For the top I mix 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard and 2 tablespoons of ketchup in a small bowl and spread that over the top.
  7. Bake the meatloaf in oven 1 hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in center registers 155 Fahrenheit
