  15. Get 1/4 tsp. baking soda

The dish consists of small chunks of fried chicken breast meat covered in a crispy batter coating. They are often served with curry sauce, sweet and sour sauce or plum sauce.. Transfer the chicken to a larger bowl and pour in the egg yolks, flour, cheese, spring onions, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together and then roll the mixture into balls using your hands.

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (except oil to deep fry). Add little water and knead into a dough.
  2. Form small equal size balls out of it.
  3. Deep fry them in hot oil in batches till golden in colour.
  4. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  5. Serve with any chutney as an appetizer or as a tea-time snack.
