The ingredients needed to make Falooda:
  1. Prepare 1 litre full fat milk
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Take 3/4 cup falooda sev
  4. Take 4-5 spoon rose syrup
  5. Make ready 2 spoon basil seeds
  6. Get 2-3 spoon assorted nuts
  7. Make ready 1 pinch saffron

Instructions to make Falooda:
  1. Soak basil seeds for 1hrs.
  2. In a pan put 4 cup of water and boil the falooda sev for 4-5 minutes and strain it and keep aside.
  3. Heat the milk and bring it to boil when it's boiled reduced the flame and cook it until reduced half in quantity then add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and another cook for 2 minutes than switch off the flame and let it be cool.
  4. Refrigerate all things for 1 hrs.
  5. Pour rose syrup in a glass then soaked basil, add falooda and pour chilled milk mixture and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
