  1. Take a bowl, add red chilies and soak for 15 mins. Take another bowl,add rice and soak for 30mins
  2. Heat the pressure cooker,add mutton,turmeric powder,salt as required and water and keep it for 5 to 6 whistles
  3. Heat the pan,add cooking oil,ghee,few spices,onion,gingergarlic paste,tomato,mint and coriander leaves,curd,cooked mutton and lemon juice.fry it all together
  4. Add rice and pour mutton cooked water as required and cook on low heat for 10mins and again cook on medium heat for 5 mins. finally mutton biryani ready
