Instructions to make Malabar Beef Roast:
  1. Half cook beef in a cooker with salt ginger garlic paste
  2. Roast sliced onions, few curry leaves and green chillies in coconut oil and in once roasted add turmeric powder
  3. Once roasted add chilli powder and coriander powder dry roast in low flame
  4. Once cooked add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. cook well till it becomes a fine paste form
  5. Add beef and mix well. close the lid and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame
  6. Open lid, add garam masala, pepper powder, meat masala lemon juice/vinegar and chooped coconut pieces. Best time to check for salt keeping in account this is to be dried(Keep salt a bit less)
  7. Cook in low flame till dry roasted And add few curry leaves.
  8. Beef roast is ready. top it with onion slices and ready to serve
