  21. Make ready 1 tsp chopped ginger
  22. Take 1 tsp chopped garlic
  23. Make ready 10-12 curry leaves
  24. Make ready 1 tsp cornflour
  25. Take Pinch orange red food colour (opt)
  26. Take 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  27. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  28. Make ready 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  29. Make ready 1 tsp pepper powder
  30. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  31. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  32. Take 1 tbsp oil
  33. Get 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  34. Take to taste Salt

  6. Now heat oil in a wok, to this add mustard seeds, once it crackles add cumin seeds, curry leaves,chopped ginger,garlic and saute for a sec, next add green and red chilles
  7. Next add red chilli paste, pepper powder, tomato ketchup, salt, coriander powder, spring onions,garam masala powder, coriander leaves to this and saute for 2 mins
  8. Now lower the flame and add yoghurt mix
  9. Mix everything well and Cook for 2-3 mins
  10. Now add fried chicken pieces to this gravy and mix everything well till chicken is well coated with gravy,saute for 3 mins and switch off the flame
  11. Now chicken 65 is ready to serve, serve hot as a starter
  12. Note - you adjust spice according to your taste

You can increase the quantity of tomato puree if you want it a little wet. Invert the bowl into a plate and serve.
