The ingredients needed to make Chicken Balls:
  1. Prepare 400 gms boneless chicken
  2. Get 2-3 potatoes
  3. Get 2-3 green chillies
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  5. Take 1/4 tsp each pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  7. Make ready leaves Coriander
  8. Get 2 tbsp spring onion greens only
  9. Make ready cube Cheese
  10. Get To taste Salt
  11. Make ready 1 cup Maida
  12. Get 1 cup Bread crumbs
Steps to make Chicken Balls:
  1. Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste & salt. Boil potatoes.
  2. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, shred chicken, ginger garlic powder, salt, chilli powder, spring onion, chopped green chillies & coriander leaves. Mix all well.
  3. Each cheese cube cut into 4 parts.
  4. Take the chicken mixture give it a ball shape. Flatten it using the palms place 1 piece of cheese in middle & again give it a round shape. Refrigerate for half an hour
  5. Roll in maida. Dip in egg & roll again in breadcrumbs & fry. Serve hot with your favourite chutney/dip
