  1. Get 250 gms Mutton mince
  2. Get 2 Capsicum
  3. Prepare 1 packet Noodles /maggi
  4. Take 1 cup Oats
  5. Prepare 2 tomatoes
  6. Take 1 Onion
  7. Take 3 green chillies
  8. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  9. Take as per taste Salt
  10. Get 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  11. Take as required Oil for frying
  12. Prepare 3 tablespoons gram flour
Instructions to make Chinese Croquettes:
  1. Chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli and tomatoes.
  2. Boil noodles.
  3. In a bowl add mince meat
  4. Now add boiled noodles, capsicum, tomatoes, onion and green chillies.
  5. Now add gram flour, salt, red chilli, chat masala.
  6. Now mix it well.
  7. Grease your palm with oil and make a cylindrical shape cutlets.
  8. Now Coat in oats.
  9. Make all like this and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  10. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the Croquettes.
  11. Remove from oil when it's turn brown in colour.
  12. It's ready to serve, serve with sauce.
