Place a pot on heat, add vegetable oil then add in the chicken to fry. Add shredded cabbage, the red and green bell peppers and diced carrots to the pan.

Instructions to make Spaghetti jollof:
  1. Pour water in a pot, put the gas on. Add a little salt and butter or groundnut oil when it is boiling. Add your spaghetti bring to boil then drain the water and keep aside.
  2. You must have chopped your vegetables, carrot, green pepper, green peas, onions are fried, smoked and kept aside.
  3. The meat, shrimps and fish as available for use should also be chopped and kept aside also.
  4. Then the fresh pepper & tomato curry and maggi also should be kept together. The fresh pepper and tomato should be roughly grinded or chopped.
  5. Add the mixture of your fried vegetables, the shrimps, the fish, the chopped meat and the meat stock. For the final touch add your spaghetti and cook on low fire for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. When ready, plate it and serve.

Stir at regular interval till spaghetti is cooked. I am bringing an interesting twist to your regular Jollof Spaghetti. When I tasted the end product, I felt Jollof Spaghetti was missing something. It had the normal nice jollof taste, , the sweet tomato taste. Looks like some 'kick' was needed, but not spicy a bit tangy.
