  2. Prepare 100 g flour

  4. Take 1 cup bread crumbs

  2. Salt and pepper chicken and let it rest for 10 mins
  3. Coat chicken with wheat flour, then egg, then bread crumbs
  4. Deep fry for 2-3 min, if thin. 4-5 minutes if thick.
