  1. Firstly chopped the all ingredients. Now Boil the noodles and deep fry it our fry noodles is ready.
  2. Heat oil and saute chopped garlic.add also saute chopped onion, capsicum and cabbage slightly.7
  3. Now the vegetables are half cooked yet crunchy.now add salt.
  4. Now add schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, Mix well on high flame.
  5. Transfer the masala mixture onto fried bhel.add 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well.
  6. Serve chinese bhel immediately garnished with more spring onions.
