Steps to make Eggless Mango cake:
  1. In a bowl whisk condensed milk and oil
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients
  3. Mix mango and 1/4cup milk make puree.mix 1/2milk and 1 tsp vinegar
  4. Use cut and fold technique to mix dry ingredients in a wet one and mix milk and mango puree to make a flowing consistency batter
  5. Grease the cake tin with oil and flour and pour the batter
  6. Preheat the kadai for 10 min with salt in it.bake batter for 30 min.

  10. Lets decorate the cake,apply first milk syrup then whipping cream and put somefresh mango small chunks cover with 2nd layer and repeat the procedure
  11. Smooth the cream with scrapper.pour glaze and decorate with the star noozle
