  5. Then take out half rice in other plate to make the upper layer of rice.
  6. Put meat mixture on rice, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boiled rice, put boiled potatoes, sugar, add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elechi powder mixed. 2 tbsp. oil, add food color, podina then cover it.
  7. Put on dum for 15 mins at low flame Now Chicken aloo Biryani is ready.

Add Chicken,potatoes and spices (except biryani masala). And cover it and cook until chicken and potatoes are done. Now add yogurt, biryani masala, ginger and chilles.
