Steps to make Garlic and rosemary naan bread:
  1. Combine water, half the sugar, and yeast into a bowl. Stir until the yeast is dissolved. Leave mixture for 10 minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble/rise.

  6. Halfway through cooking, remove naan, brush with melted butter. If using rosemary, add this on top and continue to cook for 30 seconds. If using coriander cook melted butter for 30 seconds and then add at the end for a garnish.

Arrange the naan on a baking sheet. Brush with butter mixture, leaving most of the garlic behind. Sprinkle rounds with chopped rosemary; arrange a few small sprigs on top of each. After about three minutes, the naan will begin to brown on the underside and bubbles will form on the top. When the bubbles are quite large - like a naan - turn it over and brown the top for about a minute.
