  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions cook for a minute till onions become golden, add ginger, garlic paste, green chilli paste cook for a minute, add spices,sugar and salt again cook to it for few seconds.
  2. Now add tomato puree and kasuri methi, cook till it is dried and oil separate from it, pour water bring it to boil.
  3. Now slowly crack open eggs in the curry, cover and cook on a law flame for 4 to 5 minutes, now Egg Drop Curry is ready.
