  17. Get 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  18. Prepare 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Chicken Shashlik with gravy:
  1. Marinate the chicken cubes with soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, black pepper, red chilli flakes and set aside for 20 minutes
  2. In oil saute garlic and ginger. Then add marinated chicken and cook until translucent.
  3. Now add chicken cube and water and let the chicken tender
  4. Add veggies when chicken is half done and also add the remaining sauces and spices and ketchup. Cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt and sauces.
  5. Add dissolved cornflour and cook until desired consistency
  6. Serve hot with garlic fried rice.
