- in another bowl mix 3Tbs butter with granulated sugar zap in microwave for about10seconds stir mix into peanut butter n cocoa mixture not necessary if using chocolate chips
- zap mixture in microwave for 10 seconds stir and zap for another 10 seconds stir in chex..coat evenly it might not look like enough but I kept stirring and it was perfect
- add two cups powdered sugar and stir or shake vigurously in a bag or with a lid on Bowl until evenly heavily coated
- let cool completely for best taste!! they were so much better when completely cool
