  3. Now take the marinated chicken and dip in egg mixture one by one and coat with the dry maida
  4. Do this step twice,shake off any excess flour
  5. Fry these strips for about 12 min in medium heat dont over crowd the chicken in pan,first 5 min dont turn the chicken it makes crumble.
  6. When chicken is become fry, place into paper towels to drain excessive oil
  7. To assemble the wrap take a mayo or cream cheese to spread the tortia base place the chicken strips into a tortilla wrap,top with lettuce and tomato and range sauce and wrap the tortilla with butter paper.serve with mayo garlic sauce or bar b q sauce.
