  1. Turn on the flame and heat a oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Now add sliced onions..fry it for 2-3 minutes on low flame
  3. Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir it.cook it for 1-2 minute.
  4. Add tomato..cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame..keep on stiring.
  5. Now add 1tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp biryani masala and salt as per taste.
  6. Cook it for 1-2 minute on low flame.
  7. Now add 2 tbsp dahi(curd)..and stir mix it well.
  8. Cook it for 1-2 minute.
  9. Now add 1 glass of water and mix.
  10. Now add bolied eggs..and stir it.
  11. Now add soaked rice(soaked for 1 hr)..make a layer on it..spread it evenly.
  12. Now add 1/4 glass of water and cover it with a lid.
  13. Cook it for one whistle on high flame.
  14. After one whistle..turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  15. Once it is cooled down…open it carefully.
  16. Now take it out in a serving plate.
