Slice the chicken into bite-sized chunks. Combine the cubed chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika and stir until well-coated. Line a high-sided baking pan or roasting tray with parchment paper. Heat ghee in a large heavy pot over medium heat.

  3. For jeera rice-In another pan, heat a tbsp of oil. Add 1tsp of jeera,a bayleaf and dry red chilli…stir it. Then add the boiled rice in it. Mix them well. Add salt to taste. Switch of the flame and your jeera rice is ready.
