  7. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Time may vary with the thickness of the fillets. Test with a fork. Flakey = done.

Remove the woody end from the asparagus and trim to exactly the length of the loaf tin. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; add asparagus. Place one salmon fillet in the center of each sheet, top with a serving of the asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and salt or seasoning blend as desired.
