  8. Get 4 cup Full cream milk

  12. Prepare 1 tbsp Corn flour
  13. Make ready 1 pinch Saffron (optional)

  17. Prepare 1 & half tbs Basil seeds
Instructions to make Rabri Falooda:
  1. In a pan boil milk and soaked saffron. As soon as it starts to leave colour add cardamom powder, pistachio, almond in it. Cook on medium heat until the milk left 3 cups.
  2. Add condensed milk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix milk with corn flour. Add this mixture in milk and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame, bring rabri to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before use.
  3. FaIooda vermicelli : saucepan,add water,sugar,corn flour and mix well. -Turn on the flame and keep stirring until it becomes transparent,thick and glossy.
  4. Put the cornflour mixture in squeeze bottle/piping bag,press the hot corn flour mixture though squeeze bottle into ice chilled water such that the strands of noodles are immersed completely in the cold water.
  5. Assembling: Take a big glass layer it with red syrup, vermicelli, rabri, basil seeds (soaked) vermicelli and rabri. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio. Your rabri falooda is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
