  19. Make ready 2 Cinnamon sticks

  8. Add butter saute for 5-6 minutes and add a cup of water and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes or till tomatoes are soft.
  9. Grind the above and and strain it well.
  10. In a pan add the gravy and add butter to it. Add salt and honey and mix well.
  11. Take a boil. In a vagar pan add ghee and add red chilli powder and dhania powder.
  12. Add this to the gravy.
  13. Finally add kasuri methi and add the pieces of tikka chap.
  14. Serve with rice or roti or paratha.
