  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  11. Get 2 tsp thyme flakes
  12. Take 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
  13. Make ready Freshly ground black pepper
  14. Get 1 leek, sliced

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan add the olive oil, leeks and chicken, garlic and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and cook for 5 minutes
  2. Add 0.5 cup water and the stock cube and add the lid and cook for 10 minutes (mix every few minutes)
  3. Julienne the courgettes and set aside in bowl
  4. After 10 minutes take off the lid and set chicken aside on a seperate plate.
  5. Then add the butter, paprika, sriracha, thyme, black pepper until the butter has melted. Add the zoodles and toss for 2 minutes until all ingredients have combined
  6. Add chicken and turn up the heat and mix for further 2 minutes. Garnish with more thyme, chilli flakes and black pepper
