  5. Add chicken to pan with cumin seeds, brown chicken 1-2 minutes. This is all done dry with no oil.
  6. Reduce heat to half, add brown sugar. If brown sugar starts to burn remove pan from heat. It should melt easily.
  7. Add yellow mustard. Stir so evenly coated.
  8. Add tomatos and peppers. let simmer 5 min untill chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve ontop of rice.
