  1. Put flour in the bowl and add eggs. Add milk and sparking water in 1:1 ratio and mix well with a whisk or a mixer until the mixture is a thick liquid, slightly more runny that forgot regular pancakes.

  7. You can use a variety of fillings for the crepes - it’s a great desert for a family or a group as everyone can make his / her own version
