  4. Again microwave the Amla pickle for 30 seconds. Turn off the microwave and mix it. Again Microwave the pickle for about 1 minute 10 seconds. Once it is done. Take out from the oven.
  5. Cool it. And store in a Air tight container. You can use this pickle for one year. Ready,…to serve….with hot….steam rice and dal

Stir cucumbers and onion into the pickling mixture. Remove liquid from microwave, pour it over the cucumbers in the jar. Make sure the cucumbers are covered with liquid. If not, add water to cover. Use a piece of plastic wrap to loosely cover the jar.
