  9. Prepare 1 TBS. dried parsley or a bunch of fresh chopped parsley
  10. Get to taste Salt,
  11. Prepare to taste Black pepper,
  12. Prepare 1/3 cup milk
  13. Get 2 TBS. flour, for coating meatballs
