  2. In a pan add oil. Add potatoes and fry well. Add chicken and fry well. Add all seasoning. Mix well. Then add yoghurt mixture and mix well. Add 1 glass of water and cook till chicken tender. In another pan add oil. Layer of boiled rice then chicken mixture then again layer of boiled rice. Drizzle zarda colour and give dam for 10 minutes. Biryani is ready to serve. Serve with Rita.
