  1. In a cooker, add chicken pieces and 3 cups of water. Add salt and boil it until the chicken pieces get soften completely. Now remove the chicken pieces and keep then remaining water aside. (we will use that water in making soup)
  2. In a pan add oil.and heat it. Add all vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now add water(chicken stalk),black pepper and cover it. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Beat the egg and all it to boiling soup. Separate the chickens pieces from bones in to lillte strands. And add to the soup.
  5. Mix cornflour into water and pour in soup. This will give the soup a little thick consistency. You can add water according to ur desire consistancy.
  6. Boil it for 2 to 4 minutes by stirring in between. Add lemon juice mix it and put off the flame.
  7. Chicken soup is ready. Garnish with coriander leaf. And serve hot.
