Remove and discard parsley stems and bouquet garni. In a large saucepan, bring broth and onion to a boil. Put the bones and carcass from a leftover chicken (they can be in pieces) in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce to a simmer and cook.

  1. In pressure cooker add desi chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, salt and water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and pressure cook for 20 - 25 min or until tender
  2. In a pot add strain chicken stock and take out chicken pieces and shred and set a side
  3. In prepared chicken stock bring it to boil and add shredded chicken and mix well
  4. Add chicken powder, salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix well, cook on a low flame for 4-5 mins
  5. In water add corn flour and whisk well
  6. Add dissolve cornflour, mix gently and cook until soup will thick
  7. In a bowl,add brown eggs and whisk well
  8. Gradually add whisked egg and mix gently.. serve hot!!
