  3. Place skillet in oven for 8-10 minutes or until hot.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, beat an egg. Stir in milk, oil, sugar and cornmeal. Mix until smooth. Batter should be creamy and pourable. If not add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
  5. Pour mixture into skillet or pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
