  4. Boil water,sugar, glucose in a sauce pan over medium heat until fully dissolved….. Remove from heat and add in gelatin……add condensed milk to the mixture
  5. Pour entire warm mixture over the chocolate allow it to sit for 5mins…..stir carefully until smooth and shiny…..wait it to cool to room temperature.
  6. You can now colour your glaze in different colours of your choice(use gel colours)…..when glaze is ready pour the base colour generously from the top to cover all spots(use plenty of it) then immediately cover with other colours…..allow it to sit before moving the cake…..
  7. You may refrigerate before serving….
